Sam’s Pad thai got me hooked. I never much liked the dish until I was sitting in Little Canada at work and got a hankering for some Sweet Green Currie. On my lunch break I went to the Wild Ginger (now Sam Thai Food) to pick up some Pad Thai for a friend and some sweet green currie myself (my favorite). After lunch my friend told told me it was the best Pad Thai dish he every had.
Having ate a Sam’s food for years, I new it was about time try something new….. Now I eat Pad Thai at least once a month. I try to make it my self, but that never turns out as satisfying and when I pick up an order from Sam’s.
I Bet you if enough of us post a comment asking for his recipe he will give it to us.
What do you think? Should he share it? I know i would love to It give his recipe it a try.
